Okanagan Glacier Homes unique "ECSP" takes this one step further. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied after completion; in fact we want you to be happy in your Okanagan Glacier Home for many years to come. That is why we have developed our "30-60-90 Day Walk Thru List". These forms are for you to Walk thru your home and make note of any details that need our attention. Then, at 30 day intervals (commencing from your move in date), provide us with your list and we will ensure that the details are taken care of. Our goal is to have all the details 100% satisfied within the 90 days or SOONER!
